Brian Brooks

President

As the founder of Hidden Hill Hospitality Construction and Renovation, his vision and guidance is the foundation of HHH. Relying on Brian’s expertise and experience, HHH has developed a solid foothold in New York City serving its clients on Union and Non-union projects. Brian has also expanded HHH into a nationwide market so that our clients can rely on HHH to provide the same services at any property in their portfolio.

• Has directly led over $750,000,000 in successful hospitality renovation projects
• Attended Sullivan County College with a curriculum emphasis on hotel management and
development

In his role as President, Brian is responsible for the day-to-day operations of HHH’s construction and renovation projects and works with clients to assist with project budgeting, value engineering and pre-construction planning to personally ensure they experience the
highest level of satisfaction.

Will Test

Director of Operations

Will brings a strong skill set developed through 5 years of owning and operating his own construction company prior to 12 years working side by side with Brian Brooks at their previous firm. His complete understanding of design, contract administration, construction and business management has allowed him to excel in Project Management and develop HHH’s operations successfully. Will is an integral part of the Management Team, overseeing all operations and delivering successful projects for our clients.
Will continues to contribute to the industry’s evolution with a strong focus on the implementation of project management techniques which provide efficiency of labor forces, logistical planning, incorporating strategies for minimal impact to hotel operations and guests, and quality controls to ensure the delivery of projects that exceed our clients’ expectations time and time again.

• Has directly led 50+ successful hospitality renovation projects
• Associate of HVAC Design Technology, Penn College of Technology Williamsport, PA
• High Proficiency: Analyzing and interpreting Architectural, Structural, Mechanical,
Electrical and Plumbing plans. Guiding projects through planning, design and
construction from concept to completion. Outstanding technical knowledge of
engineering concepts and designs, with expertise in MEP building systems
• Holds Multiple Licenses / Certifications, Denver, CO GC Building Class B Supervisors
License, CA General Contractors License.

Allen Vella

Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in the building trades, Allen has managed large full cycle construction projects. He spent the last 20 years overseeing complex hotel renovations in New York City on such notable properties as The Park Central Hotel, The London NYC Hotel and The DoubleTree Times Square.

• Expert knowledge of construction management in residential, hospitality and commercial
interiors
• Extensive background in architectural woodworking and carpentry
• Skilled at estimating, purchasing, bid negotiations and procurement

Trained as an architectural woodworker/cabinetmaker/detailer/draftsman, Allen has worked in many capacities in the construction industry. He was the owner of an architectural woodworking company for 10 years, field manager for residential interior design firm, project manager for architectural woodworking firm, and a project manager/estimator for general contractors.
He has experience in high end custom residential interiors, hotel interiors including public spaces and restaurants, commercial business interiors,institutional interiors.
